Privacy Notice

The Spanish version governs. EE Print Pack is a Mexican company and the binding document is the Aviso de Privacidad, issued in Spanish by the company's legal department. This English page describes what this website collects and which providers process it; it is provided for convenience and does not replace that notice. If the two ever differ, the Spanish one prevails.

1. Who is responsible for your data

EE Print Pack, S. de R.L. de C.V., trading as EE Print Pack, at Gabino Barreda 958, Col. San Carlos, 44460, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, is the party responsible (responsable) for personal data collected through this website.

EE Print Pack also operates EE Print Pack LLC for its United States activities. The party responsible for data you send through this site is the Mexican company named above — it is the one that receives and answers requests.

This notice covers the data collected through this website specifically. EE Print Pack also maintains a general privacy notice for other relationships — employment, suppliers and contracts — which collects different categories of data. If you are an employee, applicant or supplier, that is the one that applies to you; request it at rh1@eeprintpack.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you type or attach yourself. Nothing is collected passively.

Quote requests: your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), a description of the packaging you need, your estimated monthly volume, your location, and any photos or PDF files you choose to attach.
Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional) and message.
The country your connection comes from, reported by our host. Your IP address is not stored.

Please don't upload files containing personal data you don't intend to share — attachments are meant for product photos and specification sheets.

3. Sensitive data

No sensitive personal data is collected — no health, ethnic origin, beliefs, union membership, political opinion, sexual preference, biometric or financial data. This site processes no payments.

4. Why we use it

Primary purposes, all necessary to the commercial relationship you're initiating: to answer your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, identify the product that fits your requirement, route you to the sales representative for your product line and region, and follow up on any resulting business.

Secondary purposes, which you may refuse at any time without affecting your quote: sending occasional information about our product lines. Refuse by writing to rh1@eeprintpack.com — no reason needed, and your quote is handled either way.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your data is handled by these providers on our behalf and under our instructions (processors). This means your data leaves Mexico:

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosts this site, stores the photos and specification sheets you attach, and provides the traffic measurement described in section 6.
Supabase, Inc. (United States) — stores the text of your request so our sales team can act on it and track it.
Resend (United States) — delivers the email that tells our team your request arrived.
Google LLC (United States) — provides the company email we reply from.

Two more receive data only if you choose to use them:

Komoot / Photon (Germany) — when you type in the location field of the quote form, the characters you type are sent to an OpenStreetMap-based lookup to suggest matching cities. Nothing else from the form is sent, and you can ignore the suggestions and type freely.
WhatsApp / Meta — only if you press a WhatsApp button. That opens a conversation in WhatsApp and Meta's own privacy terms then apply. We never send your data to WhatsApp without you pressing that button.

6. No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, builds no profile of you, and makes no automated decisions of any kind.

We do measure traffic, using Cloudflare Web Analytics, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. We chose it specifically because it is cookieless and identifies nobody: it records only aggregate facts such as the page viewed, country, device type and referring site. You are given no identifier, you are not followed between sessions or across sites, and none of it can be linked to anything you type into a form. That is why this site shows you no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

7. How long we keep it

Quote and contact submissions are kept as long as needed to serve the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, plus the period required by applicable commercial and tax record-keeping rules. After that they are deleted.

8. Your ARCO rights

You may at any time request Access to your personal data, Rectification if it is inaccurate, Cancellation (deletion), or Objection to a particular use — the ARCO rights. You may also revoke consent or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data.

Send the request to rh1@eeprintpack.com, including your name and a way to reach you, proof of identity, a clear description of the data and which right you are exercising, and anything that helps us locate your records.

We respond within 20 business days of receiving the request, and where it is granted we act on it within a further 15 business days. The process is free; you would only cover delivery or reproduction costs, if any.

9. Revoking consent and limiting use

You can revoke your consent at any time through the same address. Note that we may be unable to act on it immediately where a legal obligation requires us to keep processing certain data, and that revoking it may mean we can no longer pursue your enquiry. To limit use or disclosure short of deletion, write to the same address saying which use you want limited.

10. Children

This site is aimed at business buyers and purchasing managers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find that we have, we delete it.

11. Changes to this notice

Any change is published on this page with the updated date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we say so here.

12. Acceptance

By ticking the privacy box on any of our forms and submitting it, you confirm that you have read this notice and consent to your personal data being handled as described.
